Measuring Progress Without a Scale

I get it there’s something mental about stepping on the scale for some people. No matter how they look or the way their clothes fit they still get wrapped up in what the number on the scale says.

As much as I like to advocate for the scale to be nothing but data and without having that data we don’t know where we need to make adjustments there’s a few more ways to measure progress.

Pants feeling loose? Keep going
Seeing more definition in the mirror or pictures? Keep going
Feeling stronger during your workouts? Keep going

But the most important thing: HOW ARE YOU FEELING? That’s the top priority! If you have more energy and feel like you’re making progress then that’s all that matters!
